Grocery shopping bills can really add up! Most people tend to wait until they get to the store to see what they need on a shopping trip, but that can add up to a whole bunch of overspending at the grocery store. In this article, we’ll offer up some tips on how to save money when taking your trip to the grocery store.

- Before you leave the house to hit the supermarket, it can be a good idea to check your pantry and do a quick inventory so that you can see exactly what you need. Plus, if you have some odd ingredient hanging out in the cupboard, you can buy something to go with it when you go to the grocery store.

- Check weekly supermarket ads to see exactly what’s on sale. Combine that knowledge with what you’ve already got in your cupboard, and you should be able to come up with some recipes for the week that incorporate what you already have and what’s on sale.

- When you see something for sale that you already have, but you often buy, buy it anyway. When you buy things that you would buy anyway on sale, you’re saving yourself plenty of cash in the future.

- Do your best to avoid making small purchases at places such as convenience stores. These smaller stores usually charge a premium when it comes to their grocery goods, and you can save a few dollars a week by just making one big trip to the supermarket.

- When you make a grocery list, stick to it. Do your best to avoid impulse buys, since they are usually unnecessary and costly.

- Red meat can be very expensive. If you’re looking for ways to get your protein intake without spending a whole lot of cash, it may be your best bet to avoid red meat, opting for poultry, tuna, peanut butter, and eggs instead.

- When buying poultry, opt for whole chickens as opposed to breast meat. They are a much more cost-effective way of getting chicken.

- When you see something advertised as a sale, be sure that it is actually a good deal. Compare the product to similar products in the area to determine whether or not you’ll be saving cash by buying the deal item.

Following these tips can save you a lot of money when it comes to your supermarket trips. Since the cost of foods can really add up, you may find yourself with some spare pocket money if you are a prudent and informed shopper.

Laundry can be found in; piles, mounds, baskets, and the good ole trail leading under the bed.

Someone said to me many years ago, “I want to stand my family naked in the living room for an entire afternoon, just so I am caught up on laundry.” I didn’t get it back then, but do now.

Not quite getting the disgust of laundry at a young age, I would venture to the Laundromat with my mother, sister or brother, only because 7-11 was next door. That meant a few hours with candy bars, pop and bubble yum! If only Mom would have realized that we were not on a septic system, like Dad said. Those trips would not be part of my childhood memories.

Gathering your naked family in one room is most likely not an option, but it sure sounds like a slice of coconut crème pie to me. How many clothes does a teen need, an outfit for school, one for after school and one for after nine pm. It causes a lot those piles.

There are things about laundry that drive me nuts; inside out and pocket goods. Well it’s good to be in charge, yet not thrilled at the policing of the cloths, there are some advantages. Pocket pickings, if it’s in there, it becomes mine; there are some valuable lessons in this from time to time. Teens can’t drive if they don’t have a license, and they think twice about that one. Money is the best, take a mason jar, glue the top on it, and cut a hole in the lid, display it near the washing machine and low and behold, in six months time, over sixty dollars may appear. The pocket posse can have a great “mom’s” night out or pamper herself with something else she wants to indulge in.

Inside Out, how long do we have to stand and right the balled up inside out socks, we could be blogging. T-shirts and boxers, I have found will and can be worn inside out, jeans those are a little tougher. I started implementing, the way it goes in, is the way it goes back!

You may not want to display the money jar though; they begin to catch on to that. The inside out is working well, and I am not spending as much time on that task!

Most people don’t ever intend to have an extramarital affair. In fact, most who have, say they consider having an affair is against their values.

So, how do so many good people end up having affairs and shattering their marriages? Well, mostly it is because they do not know the pitfalls and danger signs.

Danger #1 – Getting too chummy with a coworker.

Tip #1 – Keep conversations at the water cooler and else where casual and do not get personal. Once personal information is shared you are developing intimacy with someone other than your spouse. Most affairs do not start out with the married partner intending to have an affair, they end up as a result of a slipper slope.

Danger #2 – Talking about your spouse or your marital problems with members of the other gender.
Tip #2– Whether you are experiencing minor frustrations with your spouse or you believe your marriage is in big trouble, talk with someone who could not possibly turn into a threat to your relationship down the line. Avoid any intimacies (sharing personal information) with a potential partner.

Danger #3 – Your friend/coworker confides in you.
Tip #3 – Extricate yourself form the role of confidant. You are now in an intimate relationship with someone other than your spouse. Also, being the one who understands is very seductive.

Danger #4 – You put effort into looking nice for this person.
Tip #4– Be very honest with yourself about what you are doing and how you are feeling about your spouse and your marriage. There may be absolutely nothing lacking in your relationship or marriage but having someone new can be very seductive and exciting.

Danger #5 – Working late starts to include going for dinner and a drink.
Tip #5 — Keep work at work. You may be unable to avoid working late with someone of the opposite gender. Keep in mind this is how many affairs begin. When at work late try to have a third coworker involved in the project.

Danger #6 — You’ve stopped talking about your friend or coworker to your spouse.
Tip #6 — Keep your spouse in the loop about this friend like you would any other friend or business associate. If you find you have stopped mentioning someone you used to mention to your spouse it is again, time to be very honest with yourself. And, start talking about them again.

Danger #7 – You keep your business calls from home “private.”
Tip #7 — Avoid dong this at all costs. Keep these calls strictly business. If you need some quiet and go in your den make sure the door is open. If you are reluctant to do so ask yourself why.
