Being pregnant has changed my marriage, for the most part it has changed for the better. While I do get more annoyed at times with his antics, hormones explain that. He has been pretty helpful, for the most part. We have some issues with getting things done and communication, but all in all things are going great. There are always places to go like a nice little Marriage Retreat, but I don’t think we are there yet.

The folks at “Save my Marriage” have a lot of things to offer if your marriage needs help. Sometimes getting a Marriage Family Counselor can do wonders. The site has a lot of free advice and assessments, I have to admit, I have played around with it some. Even if your marriage is perfect, working on it can’t hurt. Showing a little more love or compassion can do wonders.

One small thing I have done in ours that has made a HUGE difference is asking my husband how is day has been, I got into the slump after he had the same job and same schedule for so long that I kind of stopped asking when he got home, not that I didn’t care, it just seemed like the same thing all the time. Once I picked it back up and showed a few minutes of caring when he walks in the door, his attitude improved a lot. Little things can make a big deal!

I am finally back online, our internet has been out off and on since about Thursday! No phone, no internet, and only fuzzy basic cable… grrrr! They are suppost to come out and fix it, but because it is intermittent they have a hard time fixing anything- like a car in the shop, it stops making the sound when the mechanic looks at it! We went to see Wall-E yesterday to kill some time, it was adorable, and we even got some free Wall-E pens from the movies! Even though we were the only people in the movies without kids in tow, we really enjoyed it!

So I wake up this morning to getting bit….. by ants! They are covering my bed! They invaded our house, through the electrical socket, I am washing the sheets and vaccumming them away to get rid of the ones in the bed, and have to wait till monday for pest control to come visit. I don’t know what happened! We dont eat in there so there is no food, the pest control people said it is common in our area for them to come in and he will fix it monday, but OUCH! We have never had problems with bugs so this took me by surprise!

Oh well, I needed to get set up with pest control for prevention before the baby comes anyway, I guess this was just a way to ensure I get it done! LOL

The baby shower was on Sunday. We had a great turn out and a wonderful time, here are just a few of the pictures, I will have more later! We had the baby shower on Sunday, it was great! More on that later though! We now have the baby’s room almost completely ready, it is so much more real now! I would love to just take a little break, check out cruise deals and veg out think about nothing! With just a few months to go we only have a little bit of things left to get, time is flying!
