Sorry about the lack of updates- things has been hetic! Taylor Rose came early! Born at 34 weeks, on 8/23 - 5lbs 8oz, 19.5 inches - in NICU but should be home by 8/30. She is doing great! I am on my way to see her in the NICU, hopefully she will get to come home today! If not, then tomorrow!

Well, we made it as far as 34 weeks and 2 days! My water broke last night. I am in the hospital now, already had an epidural….yummmm….. and started on pitocin to help progress labor along. I am only at 3-4 com dilated right now, so this could take a while, we will see! Our wonderful hospital here has wireless so I am able to log in and give some updates, and once she comes I have my camera cord and everything to upload pictures! Here we go!

We got the playpen and swing a few days ago, thanks to Joseph’s daddy- he stopped by for dinner last week while driving through (he is a truck driver) and we have the new bottle warmer and wipe warmer all hooked up. Thanks to a baby gift from two of my great friends online I am able to go shopping this evening for some more little things like water proof pads, socks, a couple more pairs of pants and if I can find them, some of those baby legs leg warmers- sooo cute!!

I had a doctor appointment on Friday and everything went well, I am measuring a week and a half bigger and baby is doing great, the doc said she thinks I will deliver in the next 2 weeks or so, as long as I get to 35 weeks we will be fine, but she said even if she comes now she would be fine. I am so exited!

I wanted to start digi-scrapping because I couldn’t find a baby book I liked and I used to be a AVID paper scrapbooker, had an entire room of supplies, and with a baby coming, we cant afford the space or money I would spend if I started paper scrapping again! LOL I get wayyy to into it!

So here goes, what do you think? what should I change?

I have always been a very organized person, lol, ask my mom that and she would laugh though! I was a messy kid! I think I am organized to a fault, I end up having everything a mess because I can’t get it perfect! I over analyze and will rip a room apart just to clean it right, which usually ends up with a messier room but a few shelves or drawers super organized! LOL I am in love with the Color labels and label makers. The baby’s room is soooo organized right now it is crazy, probably too organized to be any use actually!

I used to LOVE the first day of school, the new supplies, perfectly crisp notebooks and books, the works, that is my favorite part of school actually. Right now the plan is to homeschool Taylor, if not for the entire school career than for middle/high school, mainly because of where we live, I just don’t want her to be a part of the town we live in, from the kids I have seen and talked to, the schools are as bad as some of the parents, scary! Maybe by the time she starts school we will find a good one, or maybe private, but most likely we will home school, keeping her in sports and extracurriculars in public school through those special programs that let her still socialize, while getting a better education. I have plenty of time to decide though!
