After Baby Body Plans

I have high hopes that I will drop the baby weight really quickly, especially since I have only gained 4 pounds in the last 30 weeks. And NO, I am not dieting, I was just a bit heavy to begin with! I eat like a pig, everytime I go in to get weighed I expect to see an additional 20 pounds because of the amount I have been eating, but I just haven’t seen any weight. Before I got preggo even diet pills wouldn’t stop the weight gain, now I cant seem to put any on! So, losing the ‘baby weight’ will be easy, it will be loosing the other weight that is the challenge!

it help most people to lost weight after pregnancy.

i will get a baby soon in a month hope that i can lactating her (it’s a baby girl) so that i can lose this overweight
