Prenatals and Hair

I am LOVING these prenatals, I might even keep taking them after I finish breastfeeding and such, they are making my hair and nails sooo nice! I have been trying to also take better care of them during this time, to really take advantage of the change, looking at things like Moroccanoil Products, really fancy, with my dry hair and nails, these products mixed with the prenatals and their effects could really help my hair in the long run.

The biggest problem I have lately is that my hair is too soft to stay in a ponytail! LOL I know, I know, shut up right! Normally my hair is a mess, and I know as soon as I pop Taylor out my hair will start just falling out! BUT, I am hoping that if I keep on the prenatals and eat right, and find time to take good care of it that even a year from now I can have pretty hair. Now if only I can get myself to wear my hair down once in a while it would be great! I NEVER wear my hair down, unless I am showering or sleeping! I have even tried to get it cut in ways to make it harder to wear it up, but I find ways! LOL

I had been taking prenatals when carrying my daughter and I experienced NO problems afterwards, no hair falling out, no nail problems (although in my normal state nails are too soft and can break easily).

Prenatals is a good thing
