Vacation Musings
Joseph and I have never been on a vacation, and between his demanding job and now expecting a baby, we are not likely to be taking one anytime soon. But a girl can wish can’t she? I want to take him to California one day, and of course Las Vegas, I have never been and hear it is amazing! I would love to take a week, grab some National Final Rodeo tickets and take a road trip, see California, Las Vegas, the rodeo, the Grand Canyon and everything in between. I think the Rodeo would be great, I know we both would enjoy it, we got to go to one here in town a while back and loved it, I think going to a big one would ROCK!
Once we have the baby we are going to start planning for a family trip and make concrete plans for a trip in the next 3 years or so. If we don’t plan ahead I am afraid we will never take one. Maybe we will make a vacation idea book and we can put ideas and such in there, so then when we can take one we have a source of family ideas and purpose. Little things that we each want to do, I don’t ant those little things to be overlooked in haste.

I understand how you feel. My wife felt the same way. She wanted to get away.
The least I could do was to take her to different parts in the city that she has never see or take her to the beach in the middle of the night. It is still a get away…. A personal one
