I just finished watching “Mean Girls” totally girly but pretty cute all the same! Now I am just waiting on my hubby to get home so I can make our extra special dinner of fish sticks, veggies, and baked beans! LOL Fancy huh?!? Tomorrow night is steak though so that should make up for it! :-)

I have no idea when he gets home today, otherwise I would be cooking already, as much as I would love to just get dressed and go out we are going to behave and cook at home today, tommorow and maybe even Sunday, maybe LOL. We might do lunch out one of those days, we will see, but only one time all weekend, the last few we have ate out a few times too many and our bank account is showing it!

Now that Joseph and I are working on making our credit and trying to get it ready for home buying in the future I am looking into getting lifelock to try to keep it fixed. It would be devastating to have done all this work and sacrifice just to have some jerk wad steal his credit and ruin it, and without a million dollars to spend on fixing whatever mess the people make, we would be royally messed up LOL. Sooo, by protecting it to begin with and not having the issue come up, we cover our rear, and get to monitor the changes as we work on his credit.. and soon after- mine. That won’t be fun either!

Well, I am about there, hopefully this will mean I will be feeling better soon, cause this house really needs a deep deep clean! It is generally picked up, but it needs the things like tubs, floors, shelves, etc deep cleaned. I hate it getting messy. I am finally getting the budget back into shape, somehow we really messed it up and went a little low financially for a bit. With NO eating out this week we should be able to keep it in the good zone. That is our biggest problem!

I sat down and made a good grocery list and menu for the week, and I am only allowing us to eat out once, and that will have to be a cheap meal, like fast food or something. We might do a picnic lunch or something over the weekend and go fishing or something.

Who would have thought that in Florida, in March, that I would have to turn on the heat?! I did this morning, it was so cold! Now I am opening all the windows cause it has brightened up! We have central heat and air which is really nice, although I think we need to get a new heater soon, renting rocks in that aspect. Once we buy a house though paying for companies that offer gas boiler service, fridge repair, and the likes will be scary!

For this opp on the Norther Gas Heating company, offering service boiler products, like buying a 5 year service and only paying for 4 are the kind of things I need to keep my eyes open for! Saving money is key! I am exited about the potential for buying a house but scared too, because of all the expenses and the actual ownership and responsibility; right now when the fridge stops working right I just have to make a quick call to the landlord and it gets fixed- eventually, and free! LOL Not that simple when you own your place yourself.

Our plan includes buying a house within the next 5-7 years, hopefully, if all goes well. Joseph would like to see it done sooner, as would I, but it is not happening that way, at least not the right way.

Feeling pretty tired today, and I am out of my phenergan (anti-nausea meds) so I am super sick :-( I am slowly getting the house picked up, it is a disaster, my husband has uniforms now, which is nice, the company washes them, but now every morning the dirty uniform ends up in the hallway and the 2 hangers end up on the living room floor…. we will be talking about that tonight!

Next step is getting the kitchen and the bedroom, then i need to tackle the desk and shelf, it is so unorganized! I have been looking into getting a cleaning lady to come out like once a month to do things like the bathrooms and deep cleaning, but there is a real lack of good ones in this area, the few i find are horrible at returning calls!
