Walking in the Cold

I don’t know if it is normal or not, but when I am outside in the cold for more than like 5 minutes the sides of my face and neck start to really hurt, like my lymph nodes are on fire, it is so weird and annoying. I have been like that since I was a teenager, anyone else experience this? In order to work out in the winter I will need to get a treadmill, the pain is like a headache in my face and neck, and it keeps hurting for like an hour even when I go back inside- weird huh?

Any of yall have weird medical kinks?
