Once in a blue moon a man says no to sex… really! It happens! On a more serious note, this does happen and it is not your fault! Men too can feel unsexy and here are some reasons your man may turn down sex.

He has a Beer Belly
In a study by Harvard School of Public Health of nearly 2,000 men, they determined that those with a 42 inch waist or bigger were TWICE as likely to have issues getting ‘it up’ as those men with 32 inch waists. They suspect that because they have risk factors for heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholestrol, and inactivity, which compromises the blood flow to several important regions, including their manhood.

What can you do about this?
Drag him to a gym, make healthier dinners, and buy healthy snacks and lunches. Go on walks together in the evening or even work out with him.

He makes less money than you.
It is so hard to understand men, but when you make more than him and he feels he is not supporting the family it can affect his libido. Men sometimes take this as a ego problem.

What can you do about this?
Offer to take him out to a swanky restaurant? Nope! Sit down in your living room, and talk to your spouse about this issue.

He has a injury
This one is fairly common, all men thing they are superman and when a injury attempts to know superman down it affects not only their emotions and ego, but sex may be painful for him. If he cant fully enjoy himself he may not be able to preform and he may doubt how satisfied he can make you when his performance is sub-par due to a injury.

What can you do about this?
Take care of him, cuddle and don’t expect too much, let him know you love him no matter what and help him regain his confidence.
