I just got here to check out your site for the entrecard design but I guess you got another reader. I have to take really strong pills to avoid getting panic attacks. I guess the only thing that works for me is reducing stress which I am planning to do this year. Or rather trying to do.

Hi,
I came across your blog while surfing the web.
I highly recommend that anyone with anxiety try natural methods. And I strongly discourgae use of medications. The medications may help in the short run, but they side effects are not worth the benefits.
I am blogging about my recovery from depression and anxiety. I have taken many medications. Now I am medication-free.
I have a post about the supplements that I take.
You have an interesting blog. I like the layout and the graphics. It loads very slowly and I am not sure if that is my computer or your site.
