Feeling OK
I went to the gym last night, I am not nearly as sore as I expected to be today! LOL Maybe I didn’t work out hard enough- yeah right! LOL I signed up at MyDailyPlate, check out my log here, it is pretty neat, you log all of your food, activity, weight, measurements, etc. Even a little journal area to log how you feel. Hopefully it will help me stay on track. I am .09 away from being obese as far as BMI’s go!
But, all in all, I feel ok today, I think working out last night helped my energy alot. My goal is to go on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that isn’t too steep of a goal to easily reach is it? I have an appointment on Thursday for a fitness assessment, they will take my blood pressure, bmi, stress test, flexibility test, etc. To see just how out of shape I am, I have a feeling I will fail miserably, but I need to know where I stand so I can work on it! LOL
Ok, by telling you guys this, I am hoping it will help me keep going! You know the whole accountability thing! LOL Now I am back to work and cleaning!
