Before Pictures for the Diet…. I am brave!
Ok, I got the tightest shirt and best fitting pants I could find and had hubby take pictures. These are the BEFORE pictures for this diet, and after looking at these, I definitely need to diet. (((AND A NEW BRA!! OMG!!))) I had no idea this bra was sooo bad! I am so embarrassed to post these, but it will help with the motivation, right!?!?!? LOL

Good luck with the diet. I’m trying to shift some weight off, but won’t be doing the before/after photos, but I am keeping a weight chart online:
